Thailand with Nonni | Day Three

Day three was my favorite!!! The sun was out! Can you tell I am becoming obsessed with the sun while living abroad ;), it really just does make everything better (in my opinion).

^ spent a lot of time in the morning having the girls swim to us! ^
^ high five for daddy! ^

^ I love when Wes throws the girls in the air! ^
^ starfish with daddy's assistance ^

^ star fishes without daddy's assistance! we are so proud of how far the girls have come with their swimming. ^

^ smooches for daddy. ^

^ those Thailand blue skies are some of my favorite sky in the world. ^
^ we went down to check out the beach. ^

^ womp womp... when the tide is so high and your parents don't let you take a beach walk. ^
^ they played here for just a little bit before we headed back to the swimming pool. ^
^ mingo was back in business. ^

^ I try to put my phone away most of the time on vacation, but I also want to capture everything and I could not get enough of them going under water this time around. ^
^ beach ready. ^

^ everytime we headed to the beach this happened to us - storms rolling in. ^
^ the wave took Ev's by surprise. ^
^ I think I know which one of my girls this is - do you? ^

^ Emma and her Nonni ^
^ me and my mom! and yes, I cover up quite a bit in Thailand - I try not to take any chances after all of my mole drama a few years back. ^
^ one last picture before scurrying inside. ^
^ I *think* the girls played in the kids club or rested in our rooms while the storm passed - a little while later, we headed back out to the beach and this time (not sure if it was the third time ;)) was a charm. ^

^ hermit crab chit chat ^
^ those little footprints. ^
^ out of our resort we headed to the right (normally we go to the left) and we found the best little coves with water to check out. ^

^ stunningly peaceful. ^
^ we had the beach area mostly to ourselves and there were so many seashells to collect. ^

^ this was my favorite little part - every now and again a big wave would crash through there on the left and make this little spot even more picture perfect. ^
^ my little explorer ^

^ our Nonni. ^
^ my girls. ^
^ can you see the wave? ^

^ as we started walking back, Wes, my mom and Emma took off while I walked with Ev's (who walks at a remarkably slower pace) - I loved my view in the distance. ^

^ while I got to soak up some one-on-one time with this girl. ^

^ she found a coconut tree on our way in and she just had to take it back to the room. ^
^ mommy carrying the coconut tree. ^
^ going through their treasures. ^
^ we walked to a delicious thai food place for dinner and had the best time this night. ^
^ banana split time :). ^
^ my mom posted this picture - I think her roomie had a case of the giggles ;). ^
