After we received our blardigans, it was time to get Papa George's birthday celebration started :). He had some good one-on-one Theo time.
For about a minute before Emma was squishing his cheeks and smothering him with kisses :).
Then, Everly got the 'dote on baby Seodore' memo and joined in by touching his ears ;).This baby does not lack for attention when my girls are around.
My mom cooked a delicious dinner (not pictured) which was followed up with a rousing game of hide-and-seek.
I am not sure this is what my parents intended when they bought their sofa table ;).
Then, it was time for party hats and cake. We *think* this might be Theo's first time in a party hat and I think he is in love!!
Austin's sweet family :). Where was your party hat, Craig?
Mommy and son! Ps. note the blardigan ;).
Bobbob and Colleen were good sports too!
Then, the girls took their places because they knew that cake was in order.
My sweet mom who does such a good job on all the parties in our family :).
My dad had motioned them over so they could 'help' blow out the candles. Just as we started singing happy birthday, Everly leaned over and blew out the candles and Emma joined in before we could even finish singing happy birthday.
So we did what is normal, re-lit the candles and sang happy birthday again (complete with Emma pointing while singing!).
And round two of blowing out the candles :).
We love you Papa George and hope you have the best birthday!!

I love how you embrace Emma's INTENSE love of Theo. The picture with them two is HILARIOUS. Like THE BEST. I also love how Everly is barely touching his ear. so funny. Sweet pictures of Austin's family. Happy Bday Papa George!
