The night Snowflake delivered our Christmas jammies, we rushed through dinner in order to load up in the car where we swung by Starbucks for a treat before heading to Interlochen to look at Christmas lights. There is just something about them looking so big when handling their own Starbucks cups (filled with hot chocolate).
I am clearly more excited about our adventure than them ;).
We got through the line at record speed and were ready to see Christmas lights.
Our favorite thing that we saw while looking at Christmas lights was this ginormous tree built out of lights- it definitely inspired Wes to make a tree like this in our future.
Shortly after we started looking, Emma remembered that last year they got to sit in the front while we looked so after we bought popcorn, these two munchkins joined me in my lap.
Which we were all thrilled about ;).
The next three pictures were from my other favorite house- I love love love when people light up the branches; there is just something so magical and special about seeing the branches all lit up.
I was proud of myself for this artsy shot :).
It was a great trip looking at lights- Evise's loved it shouting for more animals and blow ups (the Christmas magic was really sparkling through her eyes this night) and Emma just liked it ok, she kept saying that everything (especially reindeer and snowman) scared her.
