Emma: “Mommy I want lots of candy when I trick-or-treat!”

Me: “Oh really, how many is a lot of candy?”

Emma: “FIVE!”

Me: “That is a lot of candy, Emma.”

Emma: “I love candies!”

Conversation Number Two (in reference to Everly’s Halloween costume)

Emma: “You have a nice trunk Eberleah”.

Conversation Number Three

Emma to Everly: “Welcome to my farm, elephant. I am a farmer.”

Conversation Number Four (conversation in reference to mean-looking blow up cat)
Emma: "Do you see that cat?"
Me: "Yes"
Emma: "He looks MAD"
Me: "Oh, really?"
Emma: "Yes, he wants to eat all my candies"

Conversation Number Five (after practicing saying "boo" at least 103 times)
Emma: "Mommy, mommy! Me and Eberleah want to be baby ghosts."
Me: "What do ghosts say?"
Emma: "Nothing."
