Ice Cream Truck

A week or so ago, Emma, Everly and I were having a FaceTime call with Austin (read: the girls were probably whining over who got to talk to Austin, each popping their heads over the phone sporadically) when Wes heard the ice cream truck pull into our neighborhood.  I made a quick decision to run outside and get Emma an ice cream for dinner (we live by my grandma's motto: life is too short, eat ice cream first!).  So we left Everly to say "buh bye, buh bye" to Austin and ran outside.  Emma definitely did not know what to do with all of the choices, but luckily our neighbor girl alerted me to the value ice creams :).

$1.25 later, Emma had her first ice cream bar from an ice cream truck :).  Bubblegum flavor.

She was pretty happy that we let her eat ice cream for dinner that night!
