After we met Elmo and Cookie Monster - we had to ride the Sesame Street ride (over and over again!).

^ we went shopping for their souvenir and Everly tried to convince us she needed this Abby ;), she ended up with the smaller one pictured right above her head :). ^
^ Emma picked out a package of stick on earrings and rings. ^
^ the next part might have been my very most favorite part of the day - we watched the Sesame Street Show Live - and because of our wrist bands with the fast pass, we got in early and got to sit on the very first row. the girls were delighted and I had so much fun watching them have so much fun. it was a highlight!! ^

^ since Abby could see that our Everly was holding an Abby doll, Ev's got a few waves pointed right at her and my heart could literally burst watching how special Ev's felt. she really just lit up with joy! ^

^ afterwards, we split this ginormous pizza for lunch! Wes was our hero bringing that thing to us - because of the timing of the show, it was about 2pm before we could eat lunch! ^
^ the girls decided to forgo any afternoon treats in favor of getting their face painted. it was ok with me, and they held onto their end of the promise not asking for ice cream or popcorn the rest of the day. ^

^ having girls is full of drama, but is so so fun!! ^
^ since we were on the parade route and it was about time for the parade to start, we sat down to watch. A few minutes in, Emma and Wes decided to go ride a big roller coaster (can't remember the name) and Ev's and I stayed for the parade. ^

^ I can see why people ask if they are twins (literally the most common question we get in Asia - are they twins?). ^
^ our first day in Singapore was top notch. ^
^ at this point, we had ridden just about everything (even I rode one of the big roller coasters by myself!) so we just let the girls pick -sometimes I snapped pictures, sometimes I just enjoyed the ride. ^
^ we came back to the dino area and the girls saw a few people splashing around and they could not resist. when I was doing research on Singapore, I read the most helpful tip - "pack your swimsuit everywhere you go". I followed this advice and it paid off - no wet clothes, just wet swimsuits! ^

^ they really had a lot of fun -Wes and I always joke that they have more fun doing these types of things than riding the rides, but I really think it is all about balance :). ^
^ as it was nearing the end of the day, Emma wanted to ride with just me so off we went. ^
^ Ev's and dad had the best luck - as we were walking off I heard her shrieking, "character!!! there is a character! ^
^ smitten. I know I say this every time, but can you believe this is the same girl that couldn't stand a character during her first Disney trip??!! ^
